My New Profession
Teaching English abroad has been my profession for… the last 5 months. I just graduated from college last May, and with the job market as terrible as it was, I decided I would get out of the United States and see the world. Right now I am in Buenos Aires, and I intend on staying here for the next 5 months before heading off to another locale. The current plan is to teach in asia in Seoul, South Korea. The pay there is much better than here, and they handle all the logistical problems that I had to deal with on my own down here.I really enjoy teaching English here, it has been a great experience. I love my students, and some of them have become good friends. Teaching is a great way to experience another culture, and you will learn as much from your students as they do from you.
