The skate shoes I wear at times
Last Saturday I did my usual volunteer work down at the Newport Back Bay Center. I’ve been doing this on Saturdays for the past eight months and really enjoy my work. One of the things that I like about volunteering there is that there isn’t a dress code. This doesn’t necessarily mean you can show up in your pajamas; however jeans and skate shoes are typical. Last Saturday we were having some issues with the rain. The volunteer center was never really positioned very well and some of the rain that comes off the slopes runs across our back deck. This tends to make things a mess.
