A Society That Has Made Public Criminal Records Neccessary
It is a sad fact that most employers have to do a Public Criminal Records check on most new applicants these days. It is unfortunate that in our society that we have gotten to the point where this is not only recommended, but in some cases it has become mandatory. Gone are the days where a simple line on a job application asking if you have ever been convicted of a crime and your answer were enough. today, when hiring a new employee an employer must thing of not only the safety of his other employees but also of his or her customers and the reputation of the business that they own.
