Actually, you can try doing a social security name search. The only thing to remember is the possibility that the person shares his name with many others. In this case, it still shouldn’t be a problem determining which one you’re looking for. That’s because you’ll also be able to look into a person’s heath records and even criminal records from which you can hopefully find answers as to whether or not this is the individual you are looking for.
