Government Grants Help Community Knit Shop Get Off Ground
Millie had a burning desire to open a knitting shop in her town, that was free to anyone to come in and learn how to knit, or to get their materials and supplies without having to pay for them, if they could not afford them. She knew that in order to accomplish this, she would have to be able to apply for and get several large Government Grants, in order to meet the community’s needs. Millie began the process, and before three months was up, she had all of her required monies, and the community knitting center was going to open in just a few weeks.
