A Beautiful Love Story
My parents have the most beautiful love story I have ever heard. It started when my mother was sixteen and my father was seventeen. He says that he saw her across the room at a school dance, and he knew immediately that she was the one he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. She was not interested, but he refused to give up until he had won her heart. Two years later, he gave her a cz engagement ring. He didn’t have enough money to buy diamonds, but she didn’t care. She thought it was the most beautiful ring in the world. She accepted his proposal, and thirty years later, they are still going strong.
