The Chicago Cutlery Insignia Knife Set is Solid
The best way to describe the new set of kitchen knives that I bought called the Chicago Cutlery Insignia Knife Set is to say that it is solidly built. The blades of the knives are very sharp and very thick. You can tell just by looking at them that they are made out of really thick steel. Another plus to them is that they run all the way from the tip to the end of the handle. I love these knives for this reason. I never feel like I am over using them or using them in any capacity that could break them.
