Taking Over for a Day
My boss called me in to his office the other day, and he told me that he needed a big favor of me. I asked him what it was, and he said that he had just bought one of those whirlpools bathtubs, and he was wondering if I would be able to hold down the fort for a day next week so he could be at the house when they deliver it. I told him that I wouldn’t mind it at all, and that he could fully trust on me. I knew that he would probably reward me for my work later on.
