A Great Health Food

My daughter is in her senior year of high school and over the past year has gotten very wrapped up in her appearance, as girls do in their teenage years. Luckily, though, it’s not just about her outside looks. She’s also gotten quite interested in her health and in making sure the family eats less processed foods. She can sometimes get carried away with the idea of low fat, low carb, low calorie food to the point where she’s not any fun when we go out to eat anymore, but one thing she’ll always order when it’s on the menu is baked salmon. For her it’s a delicacy like fettucine alfredo would be to someone else. And she’ll get it with just a little rice and a lot of grilled vegetables. If I want to make her happy at home, all I have to do is keep a piece of salmon in the freezer and take it out for her dinner. Baked salmon at home is what she considers a true luxury!
