The best advise to lose weight help that I have to give is this: Do it step by step and start with the first step. Concentrate and fully focus your mind on small steps that are really achievable. Don’t make it your main goal to lose 20 kilograms or look like Madonna overnight. That’s impossible and if you program your mind to think about these images all the time you will be frustrated and give up quickly. Instead, define a small step that brings you in the right direction and get started. For example, instead of eating a muffin in the morning, make it a habbit to eat an apple and drink a glass of water instead. If you can do that for one week, you have already achieved a lot.
