I Do Tai Chi for Health Benefits at Home

I have a very stressful job.  I wanted to find a way to unwind and improve my overall health.  I chose Tai Chi as my natural method to bring my mind, body and spirit into a peaceful balance.  When I first started doing tai chi for health benefits, it was not an easy task.  I got frustrated at first, but after paying attention and learning more about it, I was not only able to perform the movements, but I have really reaped the great reward from it.  I have better mental focus, I feel stronger and I have stopped having panic attacks.
