Nutrition plays an important role in having a healthy and shiny scalp curtailing the possibility of having dandruff. Many think that the solution is in medicine, shampoo and conditioners, but a simple change in diet can guarantee even better satisfactory results.Eat fresh fruits such as pineapples, melons and apples. Try to avoid processed canned foods as they increase the likelihood of having it. Vegetables should be eaten raw,slightly cooked if preferred but completely raw if possible. Cooking kills most of the nutrients necessary for a healthy scalp, one basically just eats the ‘trash’ when most foods are cooked.
