Conquering The Best Muscle Building Routines

There are a lot of “mamby-pamby” workout routines out there that frankly just don’t work.  But the best muscle building routines are those that consistently have proven to get results. Sure if you lifting thing enough times for enough time you will get stronger and develop some muscle but true muscle building requires art and passion. A muscle building routine should make you feel as if you have accomplished a great task, like conquering an enemy on your homeland. A sense of pride and joy (and pain) should always be ever present with your routine. The best muscle building routines never become routine at all.
