when it comes to the most effective lifts and exercise what do they all have in common? they all are multijoint compound exercises thaqt use as many different muscles at one time. exercises like deadlifts and flat bench pressses are awesome for building strength and also lean muscle mass. these are my favorites.i also like to do standing military presses. all of these lifts are very effective. i like to record the amount oif weight tha i am lifting on htem and try to beat my best every workout. eating healthy food really helps these numbers too. you need fuel to lift right?
