Plantar Fasciitis

Soreness in the rearfoot is due to a number of diagnoses. The more wide-spread is likely to be plantar fasciitis. This is a strain within the extended tendon which has the job of supporting upward the actual mid-foot of the actual feet. As this is its function, then anything that places more overload on the mid-foot of the feet contains the probablity to be able to bring about the pathology. This extra force are generally prompted when you’re over weight. This may also be caused by too much exercise, possibly being on the actual foot all day at work, possibly raising large masses or even high levels of working out. Inadequate foot biomechanics may also be as a risk factor for the condition.
