What a good conference centre should have

What constitutes a business conference centre in the modern business environment? The role of such facilities has been important ever since bankers met in the coffee houses of central London centuries ago.

When you look at the bare bones of commercial conferencing venues, they are in essence very simple. They are basically a space where the required number of delegates can sit upon comfortable and functional business conference furniture, and look at a space where a speaker or a video/overhead projection can be viewed with comfort and ease. With this comes the need for high quality projection equipment and speaker systems.
