Please Do Not Be Just Another Washington Divorce Statistic
as of recently, i have had to read up on the washington divorce laws. not because i am getting another divorce… quite the opposite… i am becoming a divorce attorney in seattle. i never actually realized just how many rules there were to getting a divorce. a man and woman go into a marriage thinking it will be forever. the sad truth is… a lot of times forever is not really for ever. let me lend some advice to any of you out there who are thinking of getting hitched… be sure. be very certain that this person is who you want to spend the rest of your life with. divorce is a messy thing and if kids are involved… that just adds fuel to the fire. trust me, i know, not only have i been reading up on all of this for the past couple weeks… but i also went through the nastiest divorce and custody battle about a year ago. it’s just not worth it.
