As a Lord of the Rings fan, I have seen those movies dozes of times. One of the things that drew me in to the story was the breathtaking landscape. The snow capped mountains and lush, green hills with cavernous valleys just made me want to weep sometimes! One day after finishing the Two Towers, I decided to check out the “making of” documentary on the DVD. It talked about where the movies were filmed. New Zealand! The only thing I knew about New Zealand before I watched it is it’s near Australia, but now I’m looking into new zealand immigration.
