IHOP Pancakes
I love IHOP pancakes. My family likes to go there at least once a month to enjoy a nice Sunday breakfast. I couldn’t figure out how they always seemed to make a perfect pancake. My son said maybe they go through a rigorous training to make them the way they do. I told him making pancakes took more than just frying them perfect. They could look really nice but taste really bad, The waitress told us they use a Mixing Tank to get the batter perfect. When poured on the grill they were to allow each side to cook for a certain amount of time.
