Do Chefs Use Math?
There are a lot of things I am good at in life, but math is unfortunately not one of them. Overall, this has not been a problem for me in my life, but I was recently stopped in my tracks. I was speaking to a friend about my plan to get a culinary arts degree; she told me that it was necessary for a chef to know a lot about math. I told her that I did not think this was the case, so we decided to search online for “what math education do you need to become a chef?”
