The best book keepers will also be solid communicators. Many of the daily tasks involve staying in contact with people from all over the organization. so they must be comfortable with this. It isn’t just that a book keeper must be willing to communicate, they must also be clear in their communication with others. There are times when a book keeper must get firm with others in order to see the results that are necessary. The people around you must respect you and understand that you are simply doing your job. Communication is of utmost importance in the role of a book keeper.
