Carrie Turned Me On To Some Free Music
Carrie and I were in a chat last night and the subject of music came up. We’ve never really discussed our tastes before. I’m so eclectic anyway. I pretty much can listen to any style of music as long as it’s good.
She downloads a lot of free music from the Internet, so she’s into these bands that I’ve never heard of before. She pointed me to a few of their websites. Not bad stuff really. Some of it is a bit raw for my taste, but not unlistenable.
I was sort of timid about admitting that I’m such a huge Herb Alpert fan. Some people think that’s a little weird for someone my age, but she actually thought it was kind of cool.
