New look
Okay its been long since I wrote anything in my blog. Cannot see this happening, dont wish to make it a wrong investment.
Time to change the whole idea about what this blog is all about . To be honest I am bored myself when I read a blog which exaggerates a girl’s mental status. Nothing is happening really that I can write about, nor I create stories .
So after a good cup of coffee, I finally got it! What’s on my mind most of the time ? What do I always think about? What am I keen in ? What defines me ? Hmm…
Its just —> Healthy living/Fitness/weightloss/bmi/inches and centimetres.
( really? ) yep ! My day starts and ends thinking about my weight gain or losses. I even note down the time and date of the day when I eat anything more than 500Kcals.
So in a few days, its all going to be different!
Wait and see.

Dont tell me you are gonna discuss about the soaps you love to watch,
Ermm.. how about a love blog. About all the guys in your life

But comon neha, you look gr8 the way u r right now….just don’t go too thin. Have a healthy physique, & I have admit, you got stemina…..i myself can’t run more then 2 km at once

i was still over weight!…gone are the days wen luking bulky was in the trend !….anyways it aint bout fashion now its bout being healthy.

Woah girl… you’re getting too much obsessed ’bout shedding weight! Dun overdo it! BTW Have you seen or read “Devil wears Prada” ? If u hav’nt do have a look at it its a bookn a movie ’bout fashion world and how a normal gal gets into the glamour world! Nice flick !

LOL.. Saurav you can’t run 2 KM, that’s really bad. Need to get fit.
To lose weight fast, drink less water, and excercise more. WE used to run 3 miles and then excercise. Around 80 pushups and 160 sit ups.
A little advice, wear a lot of clothes when running. Makes you lose sweat. Also, when you exercise, like sit ups etc, do them in a hot room. Keep all doors and windows closed. Sure it’ll smell and be really hot, but its worth it. I’ve lost 3 -4 pounds (approx 1 - 2 kg) in one single workout which consists of running, a little warmup (situps….) and wrestling. But that’s just water weight, you’ll gain most of it later.
Don’t starve yourself, and eat more meals, less quantity.

@ “the king” ( hope it doesnt sound like m bragging) , but i lost 60lbs by running 5 miles a day + diet control

It’s not like i can’t run 2 KM straight. I run for 2 KM then come back home 2KM, it’s just i take a few pauses in between. Few have seen me, donno how fit I M
dhaval she has seen the movie, infact….she was the reason I saw the movie, “Size 6 is the new Size 14″…lols

You sound like you are obsessed with your weight.
You need to start accepting yourself as who you are, not who the media say you should be.
It is a proven fact that people who are slightly over their ideal weight are healthier and more resistant to disease. And when they do get ill, they make a faster recovery.
Your weight is only one part of your life, don’t focus too much on it, or the other parts of your life will start to suffer.
